MAJOR (Retired) John Murphy served in the United States Army for 22 years. A veteran of the Field Artillery, MAJOR (Retired) Murphy became convinced that leadership and technology win battles. MURCOM, INC. was formed in 2019 to provide information technology and facility/grounds maintenance to small businesses and government clients.  

MAJOR (Retired) Murphy became critically ill while fighting in Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) in 2008.  Determined to live a normal life again, combat veteran MAJOR (Retired) John Murphy leveraged the education and benefits from the VA to create his own successful information technology and facility/grounds maintenance business.
